If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with the quality or performance of any Snow Cosmetics, LLC product, whether purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a replacement or a refund within 60-days of the date of purchase (retail) or delivery date (online). Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Money Back Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
General Requirements and Restrictions
Online and Other Purchases from TrySnow.com: A guarantee claim for purchases made on TrySnow.com can be made as follows:
- Through Snow Cosmetics, LLC: Go to our Self-Service Returns Portal to begin the process.
- Customer Support Center: By calling the Customer Support Center at 888-991-2796 (M-F, 6am-5pm MST). Please have your order number available.
Retail store and other online purchases: We encourage end users who purchase our products at other retail or online stores in the U.S. attempt to first return the product to the location where it was purchased in accordance with the retailer’s return policies. Customers are welcome to contact us at 888-991-2796 (M-F, 6am-5pm MST) to otherwise make a guarantee claim, including after an unsuccessful return attempt at a retail store.
Proof of Purchase / Ownership: In making the guarantee claim, you will be required to furnish proof of purchase / ownership. An order number may be required for items purchased on TrySnow.com. For purchases other than through TrySnow.com, proof of purchase, ownership, or a receipt will be required. A photo of the product and/or barcode may also be required (usually for items that were gifted to a customer or if an order number is not available).
Guarantee Guidelines
Snow Cosmetics, LLC reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Snow Cosmetics, LLC concludes that the purchaser has abused its Guarantee. Snow Cosmetics, LLC may amend or terminate its Guarantee at any time without notice.
